For real estate transactions, I offer virtual notary services as a Notary Signing Agent. I manage remote notarizations for real estate loan packages, including refinances, HELOCs, seller transactions, purchases, and loan modifications. This service provides a convenient and secure way to complete necessary signings.

Cancellation Policy

Please reschedule or cancel at least 2 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellation fee of $50.00 may be charged for signers who are unaware, not alert or are unwilling to sign, no call/no shows, late more than 30 minutes, appointment cancellation due to non-preparation (identification that is invalid, false or not available, missing documents).
